2023 Annual Spring Training Conference – Sponsorship Opportunity
Organized by the North Carolina Community Development Association (NCCDA)
& Professional Housing Rehabilitation Association of North Carolina (PHRANC)
NCCDA and PHRANC are excited to announce our partnership to provide a spring training event for our membership. We invite you to put your organization in the spotlight at this year’s conference premier event dedicated to training North Carolina’s community and economic development professionals, affordable housing developers, and low-to moderate income housing rehabilitation professionals.
The 2023 training conference will be held May 24-26, 2022, at the Hickory Metro Convention Center in Hickory, NC. The conference will involve three tracks of training for members representing nonprofits, municipal and county governments, community development corporations, private consultants and affordable housing practitioners from all over North Carolina. Among the 100 anticipated attendees will be representatives from major federal and state housing and community development organizations including Housing and Urban Development (HUD), United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), North Carolina Housing Finance Agency (NCHFA), North Carolina Department of Commerce (DOC), North Carolina Housing Coalition (NCHC), and more.
The annual conference provides an exceptional opportunity for sponsoring organizations to be featured in front of local, state, and federal community development professionals located in North Carolina. Sponsoring organizations not only enhance their organization’s presence among these key professionals, but also create connections with staff and develop opportunities and leads. This is the training for most of North Carolina’s community development professionals and sponsoring organizations can make it a success for themselves and participants.
We invite you to review additional information regarding the sponsorship levels and packages on the Sponsor Registration Form. If you have any questions, please contact conference assistant Molly Goodman via email conferenceassistnc@gmail.com or call (910) 995-7557. We look forward to hearing from you!
