Conference Registration - NCCDA or PHRANC member (Regular Rate) – $400.00
The following meals are included as part of your registration: Wednesday (dinner), Thursday (breakfast and lunch), Friday (breakfast).
Conference Registration - Non NCCDA or PHRANC member (Regular Rate) – $450.00
The following meals are included as part of your registration: Wednesday (dinner), Thursday (breakfast and lunch), Friday (breakfast).
Conference Registration - Retiree or Full-Time Student (Proof Required) – $75.00

Corporate Sponsors that contribute $5,000 receive three complimentary conference registrations.
Corporate Sponsor - Gold – $3,000.00
Sponsors that contribute $3,000 receive two complimentary full registrations.

Sponsors that provide $1,500 receive one complimentary conference registration.

Sponsor the registration for an attendee. Scholarship applicants must be NCCDA or PHRANC members with dues that are up to date. Scholarships are not available for attendees from entitlement communities or for-profit companies due to perceived conflict of interest. Scholarship applications will be reviewed by NCCDA and PHRANC Presidents and scholarships will be awarded equally between the organizations. All applicants will be notified by April 30, 2022.

After a two year hiatus due to the pandemic, we are excited to bring back our in-person training conference. We will continue to monitor cases and local mandates in the area and adjust protocols as needed. Masks and vaccinations are strongly encouraged. Click here for more information.

From May 25-27, 2022 the North Carolina Community Development Association (NCCDA) and the Professional Housing Rehabilitation Association of North Carolina (PHRANC) will be holding our Housing Solutions Training Conference in Wilmington, NC. This event provides the premier educational opportunity in NC for community development, affordable housing, and economic development professionals. Click here for the draft Training Agenda. There will be three tracks of training on three days and representatives from HUD, NCHFA, NCDEQ, DOC, and NCHC will be presenting agency updates or providing specialized training.

NCCDA and PHRANC Members make sure your memberships are up to date! You will not be able to register for the conference at the membership rate if your dues aren't current and you do not have a login and password. If you are not up to date on your NCCDA dues, contact Alicia Broadway at 704-920-5137 or broadwaya@concordnc.gov prior to registering for the conference. If you are not up to date on your PHRANC dues, contact Mia Harris at 252-296-3034 or mharris@wilsonnc.org prior to registering for the conference.

Risk: Participation includes possible exposure to and illness from infectious diseases including but not limited to COVID-19. While particular rules and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious illness and death exists.

If you register for the conference, but need to cancel due to testing positive for Covid-19, you will receive a full refund for the conference registration.
