From May 25-27, 2022 the North Carolina Community Development Association (NCCDA) and the Professional Housing Rehabilitation Association of North Carolina (PHRANC) will be holding our Housing Solutions Training Conference in Wilmington, NC. This event provides the premier educational opportunity in NC for community development, affordable housing, and economic development professionals. Click here for the draft Training Agenda. There will be three tracks of training on three days and representatives from HUD, NCHFA, NCDEQ, DOC, and NCHC will be presenting agency updates or providing specialized training.

You will not be able to register for the conference at the membership rate if your dues aren't current and you do not have a login and password.
