Base fee:

Conference Registration - NCCDA or PHRANC member (Regular Rate) – $400.00
The following meals are included as part of your registration: Wednesday (dinner), Thursday (breakfast and lunch), Friday (breakfast).
Conference Registration - Non NCCDA or PHRANC member (Regular Rate) – $450.00
The following meals are included as part of your registration: Wednesday (dinner), Thursday (breakfast and lunch), Friday (breakfast).
Conference Registration - Retiree or Full-Time Student (Proof Required) – $75.00
The following meals are included as part of your registration: Wednesday (dinner), Thursday (breakfast and lunch), Friday (breakfast).
Contractor CE Attendee - Wednesday ONLY – $50.00
If you are only attending the full-day Wednesday General Contractors Continuing Education course, you must select this registration option. This covers the associated costs for food and beverages (includes Wednesday lunch & break) and convention center costs. If you are attending the full conference, choose a different registration according to your membership level.
The continuing education course fee must be paid directly to Focal Point.
Contractor Continuing Ed + conference, Non-Member (regular rate) – $325.00
Select this option if you are taking the full day continuing education class and plan to attend the rest of the conference - if you are not a current member of PHRANC or NCCDA.

Contractor Continuing Ed + conference, PHRANC or NCCDA Member (regular rate) – $275.00
Select this option if you are taking the full day continuing education class and plan to attend the rest of the conference - if you are a current member of PHRANC or NCCDA.

Corporate Sponsor - Platinum – $5,000.00
Corporate Sponsors that contribute $5,000 receive three complimentary conference registrations.
Corporate Sponsor - Gold – $3,000.00
Sponsors that contribute $3,000 receive two complimentary full registrations.
Corporate Sponsor - Silver – $1,500.00
Sponsors that provide $1,500 receive one complimentary conference registration.
Corporate Sponsor- Cobalt – $750.00
Corporate Sponsor-Bronze – $300.00
Meal tickets for guest – $55.00

The North Carolina Community Development Association (NCCDA) and the Professional Housing Rehabilitation Association of North Carolina (PHRANC) will be holding our Training Conference at the Hickory Metro Convention Center in Hickory, NC May 24-26, 2023. The theme this year is "Connecting the 3 C's of Affordable Housing: Collaboration, Compliance, and Creativity." Check out the agenda.

This year, we are happy to offer an 8-hour General Contractor continuing education class with Focal Point. This will be provided on Wednesday, May 24. Payment for this course must be made directly to Focal Point, using this form. Additionally, you will select the "Contractor Continuing Ed" registration level depending on if you plan to attend the rest of the conference or are visiting just for the day. On Wednesday, lunch and snacks will be provided.

_{Cancellations: To cancel your registration, email}conferenceassistnc@gmail.com no later than Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 5:00pm to qualify for a refund, less a $50 cancellation fee. If you need to cancel after May 17, send your request including the reason for cancellation and the NCCDA & PHRANC Board presidents will consider your request. Note that hotel cancellation is between the registrant and hotel.
